Advantage Oatmeal (2 servings)

¾ cup One Degree Organic Foods gluten-free sprouted steel cut oats

1½ cups water (spring, filtered tap, or AquaViable)

½ cup Malk unsweetened almond milk or homemade almond milk

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

½ teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon

1 tablespoon pure organic maple syrup

2 teaspoons organic raw chia seeds

2 tablespoons organic raw shelled hemp seeds

½ cup fresh organic berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

½ cup organic raw sprouted walnuts

Boil water; then add sprouted steel cut oats and turn down the heat to a simmer. Next, add the vanilla extract, Ceylon cinnamon, and maple syrup. Cook oatmeal to desired consistency. Garnish each serving with one tablespoon of hemp seeds and one teaspoon of chia seeds; add an equal portion of the organic fresh berries, almond milk, and organic raw sprouted walnuts (www.higherpower.biz) to each bowl just before serving.
