Gourmet Vegan Burger (2 servings)
2 Engine 2 Pinto Habanero Plant Burgers
4 slices Vegan Mario’s organic gluten-free quinoa and brown rice sourdough bread, toasted
1 organic heirloom tomato
1 organic avocado
1 jar organic Dijon mustard
Slice the tomato and avocado; set aside.
In a large pan, sauté the veggie burgers for 4 minutes on each side at low-medium heat. Spread mustard on one pair of toasted slices of sourdough bread. Next, add the burger, tomato, and avocado then cover with the other pair of toasted slices.
